Study on optimization Of Cross-Section Form And Support In Weakly Consolidated Soft Rock Roadway

Abstract: In order to look into the best form of cross-section structures and corresponding support measures in weakly consolidated soft rock roadway, this research is done aiming at exploring special conditions on various of cross-section forms and support measures which are difficult to ascertain. The whole research is based on the relative engineering research of weakly consolidated soft rock roadway of Yili No.4 Mine, using FLAC3D numerical software to analyze the surrounding rock deformation and rock plastic zone distribution in weakly consolidated soft rock roadway under complicated geological conditions in different cross-section forms and corresponding support measures. The results show that choosing different cross-section forms has greater impact on the surrounding rock deformation and rock plastic zone distribution in weakly consolidated soft rock roadway, and the rectangular section impacts them most seriously. By compared the surrounding rock deformation amount with rock plastic zone distribution of five cross sections, selecting horseshoe section for further analysis of the surrounding rock deformation and rock plastic zone distribution in weakly consolidated soft rock roadway under different support measures, and compared with site monitoring results, the supporting measure of second anchored mesh and guniting + prestressed anchor support which is applicable to weakly consolidated soft rock roadway has been put forward. Research results on support measures in weakly consolidated soft rock roadway has important reference value, as well as provide a strong technical support for the same project design and construction.
